Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your cattle records are private to your account and are not accessible by other users.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

Ranch Hand is designed for adult ranchers and farmers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Ranch Hand account and all associated data, please email us at the address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account and all cattle records within 14 days of receiving your request.

Data that will be deleted upon request:

• Your email address and account credentials
• All cattle records, medication history, calf history, and notes
• Your ranch name and any other profile information
